The exterior gets a full foam pre-soak to loosen road film and surface contamination, followed by a hand wash using clean microfiber mitts and fresh wash water per panel. Wheels, wheel wells, and door jambs are done separately before the paint so contamination does not travel back onto clean surfaces.

Interior Deep Clean

Everything comes out of the vehicle first. Seats, floor mats, and cargo areas get vacuumed thoroughly. Hard surfaces, vents, and crevices are cleaned and wiped down. Fabric gets treated for spots and odor at this stage. Leather is cleaned and conditioned to stop cracking before it starts.

Paint Treatment and Protection

Depending on the tier, this step includes clay bar decontamination to remove bonded surface particles, one-step or multi-stage machine polishing to reduce swirl marks and oxidation, and application of a sealant or wax layer to protect the finish. Most full details take between three and six hours depending on vehicle size, condition, and the tier selected. A Showroom-level detail with paint correction on a larger vehicle can run longer. We give you a time estimate before we start so you can plan your day.
A Standard detail typically holds up for four to eight weeks with regular maintenance washes. A Showroom detail with a sealant or ceramic layer can last six to twelve months depending on how the vehicle is used and stored. Norfolk's salt air and summer heat accelerate wear, so protecting the finish after a detail is worth it.
A rinse-less or waterless maintenance wash every two to four weeks keeps the finish in good shape between full details.
